Molly is a Pennsylvania native, who started performing professionally at thirteen years old in Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater, in The Snow Queen. Soon after she played Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated for a Barrymore Award. The role was reprised in the production when she made her Broadway debut in Into the Woods at Broadway, in 2002. The show won her an award from the Drama League Award for this performance. Molly appeared in the Broadway revival Fiddler on the Roof (2004). When she graduated at Princeton University, where she was awarded an B.A. in Religion and joined the Triangle Club member, Molly went on to attend Princeton University. In this period that she made her film debut in Disney's College Road Trip in the role of Wendy Greenhut. In college, she began her acting career as a character in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly was able to begin her professional career after graduating with Off-Broadway performances, such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys on HBO Pilot. Molly is a part of several regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 show The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly was best known as Ali on the television show Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt and starring Tim Allen.
